Most of us that read about gluten intolerance are starting to see an emerging trend. This may seem like a challenge when trying to eliminate gluten from your diet, however it is a lot easier than you may think.

3. Prepare Ahead - Suffering from celiac disease or gluten intolerance doesn't mean you will never be able to eat out again. There are a few ways you can prepare ahead. If you know the restaurant you will be dining at then you can call ahead to determine what items they have on the menu that are gluten free. If you can't prepare ahead then you simply need to ask the server or chef if they have any items that are gluten free.
4. Clean Out Your Cupboards - This is a relatively easy task if you live alone. You need to familiarize yourself with what contains gluten and what doesn't then simply go through everything in your cupboards.
5. Start Reading Labels - You should get into the habit of reading labels on everything you buy. It may feel like an arduous task right now but in time you will become more familiar with what contains gluten. Within a short amount of time you will be able to go through your regular shopping routine with easy. It's important to get into the habit now.
6. Be Consistent - You must not consume gluten if you have gluten intolerance. That is clear. You need to create and always re-enforce your habits if you aim to eat gluten free. The more consistent you are the more likely you will create healthy habits that are simple to follow. Before long you won't even notice the change.
7. Don't Give Up! - Any lifestyle change is tough. Ask anyone who is hoping to lose weight or quit smoking.
